This tote stays inside your home.
Every Waggoner Park residence receives a reusable recycling kit containing blue recycling bags and resident recycling information.
Do not place the white reusable tote outside for collection.
How Valet Recycling Works
Four simple steps.

Collect
Use your blue bag inside your home.

Blue Bag
Place recyclables in the provided blue recycling bag.
Flatten cardboard boxes before bagging them.
03
Label
Put your QR label on your blue bag. You do not need to scan it yourself.
Do not share QR labels between residences.

Set Out
Place the labeled blue recycling bag outside your door.

Accepted Materials
What can I recycle?
Empty and dry items only. When in doubt, leave it out.
Plastic bottles, jugs, tubs & cups
Empty, reattach the lid. Yogurt & fruit cups OK.
Glass bottles & jars
Any color. Rinse and remove lids.
Metal cans & cups
Food and beverage cans only — no scrap metal.
Cartons
Milk and juice cartons. Remove caps and straws.
Paper & cardboard
Flatten boxes. Paper, mail and magazines welcome.
Please keep these out
- Plastic bags & film (grocery, shopping, produce, bread, bubble wrap)
- Food waste or liquids
- Batteries & hazardous material
- Clothing, hoses & cords
- Scrap metal, pots & pans
- Electronics
What about the #1–#7 triangle?
In Franklin County the shape decides, not the number. Bottles, jugs, tubs and cups are accepted — clamshells, trays, foam and bags are not, even with a recycling symbol.
